Nature of the service

Matrix Limos operates an intermediary platform through which guests book chauffeured transportation. Rides are performed by independent, licensed local operators and chauffeurs (Local Service Providers) who hold the permits, licences and insurance required in the jurisdiction where the ride is performed. Matrix Limos does not provide transportation services and is not a common carrier. The contractual terms governing bookings are set out in the Terms of Use.

Legal notices and pre-arbitration notices under Section 4 of the Terms of Use are sent to the registered address above, marked Attn: Legal, with a copy by email to info@matrixlimos.com.

The content of this website is prepared with care, but Matrix Limos gives no warranty as to its accuracy, completeness or currency. Fares displayed are quotations and become binding only on booking confirmation. Vehicle images are representative; the vehicle supplied is of the booked class or similar.
