Our commitment

Matrix Limos is committed to making matrixlimos.com and its booking platform usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how the site is designed, built and maintained.

What we do

  • Every page can be navigated by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Text has sufficient contrast against its background, and page content can be enlarged to 200 percent without loss of function.
  • Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Form fields in the booking flow have labels and clear error messages that identify the field and how to correct it.
  • Headings, lists and tables are marked up so screen readers can announce the structure of a page.
  • Content does not rely on colour alone to convey information, and nothing flashes.
  • We test with keyboard-only navigation and with common screen readers, and we review new pages before they go live.

Known limitations

Some vehicle photographs supplied by third parties may lack detailed descriptions, and third-party content such as embedded maps may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We are working with our suppliers to improve this.

Booking with assistance

If any part of the website prevents you from completing a booking, call (914) 237-9700 and we will take the booking by telephone at the same fare. Tell us at booking if a passenger needs a vehicle with additional space, assistance with luggage, or a chauffeur briefed on specific requirements, and we will arrange it where possible.
