Great service from my driver last night. Better than ever. Polite, friendly and creative when it came to dealing with horrible traffic due to an accident.

Typically very good. Minor issues as we were picked up from the airport from an Uber driver working for Matrix who had no signage & poor communication. At JFK having a car service makes a big difference and it was quite a disappointment to get an Uber at a car service prices. We choose Matrix to avoid the anonymity & lack of customer service typical of rideshare programs. Aseem/Asim who answers the phone/ dispatches needs to pay attention to what email address he send info to. he ruined a surprise visit by hastily sending my confirmation to the wrong email then tried to tell me it didn’t go through. Honesty counts, mistakes happen, but honesty above all. Surprise was ruined as my party knew I was coming to meet them on vacation because of his lack of attention & I said it 3 times, to send to an alternate email. Ugh. Most drivers have been prompt and courteous and the cars have been clean and roomy. The experience of having the Uber through Matrix was terrible. Driver was rude, played loud music and the car was run down and dirty. Make sure to ask questions about who will drive before booking, other than that we recommend.

They picked up my teenage son after an evening at the theater in NYC. The driver was on site and in touch with us before the show let out - My son found the car quickly and easily and had a safe and easy ride home to Northern Westchester. I just booked trips with them for trips to and from the airport for winter break travel.

Unfortunately the driver had to wait 2 hours for the ship to be cleared. Unlike me he showed an incredible amount of patience. We communicated with our cell phones. Finally he found me and my bags and I was home in about 45 minutes.

I just sent my niece to the airport yesterday in a Matrix Car, she had a great experience. The driver arrived a few minutes early and let us know he was here, got her to the airport efficiently, and was very professional. I also appreciate that they give advice as to when to leave depending on the time of day and the departure of your flight. And you always know what you’re paying, whatever the traffic.

We were very pleased with our driver today. Very kind and helpful. Difficult to find him - called and said we were at gate D but so many cars are there - somehow you shud have a colored light on your cars so passengers can recognize your car service. Got home safely and he knew just how to navigate the hwys that were rather crowded at the time we were traveling home. Thnx for your service once again. The Leventhals

I've used Matrix for years mainly for rides to and from airports. I highly recommend the company and the drivers. They are prompt, reliable, and very professional.

My driver was very professional. He was dressed to impress and on time. The car was clean and comfortable. He even brought a bottle of water for me on my ride. He was very thoughtful.
