When booking a specialty vehicle (SUV, Van, Van Terra, Limo Van Terra or Stretch Limousine), if the corresponding sedan base rate is $150 or greater, then the specialty vehicle will be billed on an hourly basis (minimum 3 hours) or on a mileage basis (round-trip miles) rather than a flat rate basis.

Hourly rates are calculated “portal to portal” which means from the time the vehicle leaves White Plains to the time it returns to White Plains. Tip, toll, sales tax, STC and surcharges are additional.

POLICIESWaiting Time at Airports – Commercial Flights1 hour included waiting time on all domestic and international flight arrivals is included on all airport pickups. After 1 hour from the confirmed landing time, waiting time will be billed in increments of 30 minutes rounded up to the nearest half hour interval at the hourly rate for that vehicle plus gratuity, sales tax and STC.Waiting Time at FBO – Private Flights15 minutes included waiting time on all private flights from “wheels down” time. Waiting time will be billed in increments of 30 minutes rounded up to the nearest half hour interval at the hourly rate for that vehicle plus gratuity, sales tax and STC.Waiting Time at Residential, Business and other Commercial Locations

Customers are allowed 15 included minutes waiting time as a “grace period” from the scheduled pickup time.Thereafter, waiting time is calculated in 15 minute intervals by prorating the current hourly rate for the vehicle type requested. Below is an example of waiting time charges:

0 – 15 minutes	No Charge
16 – 30 minutes	½ hour waiting time
31 – 45 minutes	¾ hour waiting time
46 – 60 minutes	1 hour waiting time

Additional Stops

Charges for Additional Stops are generally $10-25 depending upon the distance traveled. Typically, stops within the same suburban town are $10 each and stops at other towns along the way are $20.

Trips to/from Manhattan below 42th Street are an additional $10 added to the base rate.

Early Morning Surcharge

Trips that are scheduled for pickup between 12:00am and 5:45am incur an additional $10.00 added to base price.

Holiday Surcharge Trips on the holidays listed below incur an additional $10.00 added to base price.

Chauffeur Gratuity

20% of the base fare and 20% of any waiting time and stops (if applicable).

Cancellation Policy

Two hours advance notice is necessary for cancellation of a reservation. If the pickup location is beyond a 45 mile radius from our base in Mount Vernon, then cancellation must be made before the established dispatch time for that call which will be greater than the two hours needed for local calls. Payments for exotic vehicles, coach and shuttle bus and van terra reservations are due in full two weeks prior to the event; no refund for payments made on these vehicles if cancelled within two weeks of the scheduled reservation.

New York State Sales Tax

Currently between 7 3/8% and 8 7/8% depending upon pickup location.

Round trip tolls where applicable.

Please add $10.00 to base rate for Inside Pick Up, plus parking.

Add $5.00 for Credit Card use.
